Dear Erasmus student,

We’d like to invite you to the meeting about the Resident Permit. Note that it is mandatory for you to have resident permit in order to live on the territory of Slovenia.

⚠️ These Residence Permit meetings are only for the citizens who come from European Union countries. The students from outside the EU will have a meeting later and will receive an email. We kindly ask you not to send an email to students whose nationality is not from the European Union.

If you already have a VISA you don’t need to follow the instructions and you don’t need to visit the meeting.

As mentioned in the welcome reception, we will help you with the procedure. To join the Residence Permit meeting, please fill out the Forms:

All the meetings will take place in classroom number 1. On the 2^nd floor, near the International Relations Office. Our staff will wait for you there.

What do you need to do before the meeting?

Before the meeting it is obligatory to pay the tax: 21, 92 Euro.

The tax should be paid online to the bank account of the Administrative Unit:

At the meeting please bring:

• Your own pen (Black or blue)
• Copy of ID
• Copy of Health insurance (EU card)
• Copy of Confirmation of Enrolment
• A photo (ID photo), in color!
• Proof of tax payment
• Copy of EMŠO number

You will receive all the other documents at the meeting! The Resident Permit is a mandatory document; therefore, we kindly ask you to attend the meeting.

In case you have any other obligations at that time, please inform us.

How long will the meeting last?

Th meeting will last one hour; due to big number of incoming students we will divide students to more groups. There are 50 spots at each meeting, and, after all spots are taken, the application procedure will be closed for that session.
